Brassington's was established in Macclesfield over sixty years ago.
As well as our own retail shops we service a number of local wholesale accounts including butchers, sandwich shops, delis, cafes and restaurants.
Our product range covers breads, savouries and pastries - several have reached legendary status in the area. Our signature product is known throughout Macclesfield and beyond - Brassington's Lemon Bun - although we call them Vanilla Buns.
VAOS have looked after our purchase ledger, VAT returns and payroll for over three years.
Last year I had a bad motorcycle accident - which put me in hospital for nearly a month.
